Return Policy

Our return process is fast and simple:

  1. Fill out and submit our Online RETURN FORM. Be sure to include your reason for return!
  2. Receive a Return Authorization from our customer service department.
  3. Ship your item back to us! The return address will accompany your Return Authorization.
  4. Once your return is recieved at our offices, you will receive your replacement item or refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Please note:

  • Please DO NOT ship items back to us without first obtaining Return Authorization from our customer service department.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date. We do not accept returns or offer replacements after 30 days.
  • All returns must be shipped to within 14 days of receiving Return Authorization.
  • Products that are under warranty should be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center and not If the reason for your return is regarding the product itself (not working, missing pieces, etc.), please review the owner's manual and information contained in the product packaging for warranty information.
  • All merchandise must be returned in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging materials included in order to receive credit. inspects all returned items and reserves the right to award only a partial refund or store credit for opened or used merchandise.
