Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the warranty center. If there are any problems we will be happy to help filing the warranty. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery may receive a partial refund. If you need to return an item, please email for an RA, please do not call as RAs are not given out over the phone.

Orangeonions Shipping:Orders are shipped via Ground service. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. *PO Box orders over 1 lb. will be delayed until we have a physical address on file for delivery

Priority Mail:
Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer). Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.

FedEx Shipping Options:
FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. For Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air you will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the shipping rate table. Shipping options may vary based on the product(s) ordered. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

Payment Options:

PayPal: All credit and debit card as well as eCheck payments accepted through PayPal.
Damaged Shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise or ship replacement merchandise to you.

Return Policy:


All return requests MUST be obtained via e-mail, we do not accept return requests over the phone. Merchandise must be returned in unopened, unused, sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 5 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. A 15% Restocking fee applies to all eBay and Amazon purchases regardless of time frame.

Back Orders:


We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
