Product Quality
Not sure what type of wood it is but mine came with cracks in it and huge holes in 2 of the mesh containers.... the paint was half off also... I sent in a damage report last year but i didn't receive any response.... I might of sent it to the wrong address or something though because I was under a lot of stress at that time, deaths in my family and I also gave birth to my daughter who has "Spina Bifida"...... I will say that even with the cracks in the bottom etc. that it still does a wonderful job holding lots of toys!!!!! I will also say that the wood is very sturdy!!! I also had purchased the 3 Tier Princess toy box at the same time and that one arrived with everything perfect and my daughters love them!!!! They have bright colors and lots of storage space!!! I am just hoping that the Fairy one holds up as long considering how many cracks are in the wood and of course it is unfortunate that I am unable to use 2 of the containers due to the damage.....
