Trick or Treating in Deer Costume
Learned that I'm way passed trick or treat stage. I was a blind Buck walking in the suburban forest. I was sweating my a$$ off in my costume even though there was a electric fan continuously running to keep it inflated. It was so humid in there that my only window to look out was fogged up. My wonderful little boy was guiding me along most of the night. He was late telling me a few times that there was a few steps in front of me...haha, but he did a wonderful job preventing the big Buck from being hit by a car. I happened to scared a little girl and her daddy had to make sure she should not be by getting her to pet me. I guess my next career will be in the petting zoo. I finally released my son after I posed for a few pictures at my friends house. I was holding him back from his big brother and his other friends. Overall this was fun and got good reactions and maybe a few strange looks from people passing candies. This will be my first and last time I'll be trick or treating. My little boy got an extra big candy stash this year thanks to me.

What a riot!!
Believe it or not, this "inflatable" product really did inflate and worked great. I bought it as a total gag since one of my coworkers had recently been the driver in a Pilot vs. 5-prong Buck accident. Dead buck and $6K+ in damage. I'll call that a push. At work gagging my coworker with this costume was a riot for everyone including the boss. The air is kept in by cinching a pull string at the waist/hip depending on where it falls on you. A few AA batteries and we were in business. There's a small fan built into the rear of the costume. I really doubted it would do the job, but it did and then some. It held the costume up just like in the picture and provided the side benefit of cooling me gently while I wore it. I could easily see forward out the neck but not really to the sides, nor did I expect to be able to. It has a handy small zipper in the front at your face height which made scratching the nose a breeze -- but do it fast because you start to deflate. The only minor complaint I can come up with is that the wwwhhhhiiiiiirrrrrrr of the motor in the fan grew somewhat annoying. Easy price to pay for a great office gag!
