This ivory ocean gemstone globe has been painstakingly assembled by hand using 23 different semi-precious stones from all over the world!
This globe is 13 inches in diameter, mounted on a contemporary three-legged, ball-footed polished gold finished stand. At the bottom of the stand, there is a precise glass-topped integral gold compass.
Each country is inlaid from a different, individually cut stone that has been polished and set into this exquisite piece of art--white jade, zebra jasper, abalone shell, fossil stone, unakite, yellow jade, mother of pearls, tigereye, leopard skin, lapis, moss agate and many other beautifully hued stones.
